Job Description

Great opportunity providing admin and co sec services to delegated portfolio of client structures/entities, updating data management system, maintaining entity registers, managing business intelligence, including capturing contact details and business development related activity; filing documents; drafting minutes/resolutions; ensuring annual confirmation statements and Jersey Tax Returns submitted; reviewing requests for changes to constitutional documents and/or registers; monitoring WIP on monthly basis to ensure in line with fee agreement and providing to clients; ensuring invoices prepared and issues; following up on missing CDD; completing time recording.
Requirements are to hold/be working towards recognised Level 4 professional qualification; at least 2-3 years prior experience in similar role; understands principles of Corporate Governance and effect on way allocated portfolio should be administered; team player; seeks regular feedback on performance from line management; good time management; excellent client relationship and interpersonal skills; experience in MS Word, Outlook, DMS and corporate administration database software (preferably Viewpoint); excellent communication skills; sound organisation skills; maintains CPD requirements.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
