Job Description

We have a great opportunity for a Corporate Administrator, to join a company which specialises in creating cutting edge digital products.


The role holder will be responsible for the legal operations of the Group, assisting with the review of contracts and leading on due diligence exercises. The candidate will also be responsible for developing and implementing new legal processes, as well as important Company projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with drafting and reviewing agreements, internal policies and other legal documents.
  • Lead on legal and company operations including developing and implementing new processes and systems, such as commercial contracts management platform.
  • Liaise with external 3rd party services providers.
