Job Description

Responsible for managing a designated kitchen ( THAI,KOREAN,JAPANESE OR CONTINENTAL ) section and preparing dishes according to menu specifications and company standards. Ensures correct cooking techniques, portion control and consistent presentation. Maintains mise en place, monitors stock levels and minimises waste. Complies with food hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP). Works efficiently during busy service periods to deliver timely food production. Supports senior chefs and assists in training junior staff while maintaining high quality and kitchen organisation.
