Contracts Administrator
Job Description
This exciting role is to assist the Finance Manager and Financial Controller in the preparation of monthly management accounts but also encompasses Operations and Sales. The postholder will deal with customer contracts and invoices; help negotiate contacts ensuring compliance; maintain customer licencing database; control contract documents; validate Engineer timesheets and overtime claims; analysis of time spent on contracts; assist documenting system processes; ensure maintenance of office and data hosting infrastructure; ensure compliance with Health and Safety and ISO; delivery of contracts relating to hardware.
If you have contract administration experience, higher level MS Access and Excel, experience using Navision accounting software/experience of other ERP systems, experience in the technology or service delivery industry, experience of producing accurate information to tight deadlines and experience in dealing with third party contractors, then you could be the ideal candidate whom our client seeks.
