The Contract Manager will be responsible for managing our customer relationships to ensure excellent service delivery, value for money and sustainable growth. Identifying, targeting, generate and win new sales to increase turnover and profitable income for the business. Building enduring multi-level client relationships is a primary objective of the role and the role holder will need to have excellent financial management and communication skills.
