We have a great opportunity for a Compliance Support Administrator to join a leading independent fiduciary services provider in Jersey.
The main focus of this role is to assist the Head of Compliance / Compliance Administrator in completing the responsibilities detailed below to include but not be limited to :
- Undertaking daily internal compliance and regulatory update checks and reporting as appropriate to Head of Compliance
- Maintaining and updating of Compliance Registers accurately and efficiently
- Requesting and collating responses of quarterly Board reporting confirmations
- Undertaking CDD / Client Acceptance scanning and assisting in maintenance of CDD database records
