Compliance Officer (Part-Time) at Henley Offshore Financial Services Limited

Henley Offshore Financial Services Limited is looking for a part-time Compliance Officer / MLCO / MLRO to join our Jersey regulated investment business, subject to JFSC no-objection.

This is a key role in a small, well-run advisory firm where compliance is taken seriously and embedded in the day-to-day running of the business. You will help develop and oversee our compliance framework, monitoring programme, AML/CFT controls and Board reporting, while acting as a trusted point of contact on regulatory matters.

Applicants should have relevant experience in a Jersey regulated financial services business, strong knowledge of Jersey AML/CFT requirements and JFSC Codes of Practice, and hold an ICA Diploma or equivalent.

Approximately 20 hours per week. Flexibility by agreement, with regular office presence required.
