Are you an ambitious Compliance Officer or Assistant Manager ready to take your career to the next level? This is a fantastic opportunity to join an international private bank based in Jersey, conducting comprehensive investment-led wealth management for an international client base, including both private client and fiduciary services.
The successful individual will support the Compliance Officer(s), MLRO(s) and MLCO(s) for the Trust Company and the Funds Services Business to ensure that the businesses in the Channel Islands remain compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, legislation and best practice, enabling them to perform their duties for the Trust Company and Funds Services Businesses. Act as a contact point for all Fiduciary and Fund matters with Head Office and internal stakeholders. You will have an innovative and proactive approach to risk management.
To be considered for this important role candidates should have gained at least 7+ years experience in a relevant position with exposure to at least one or more of the following sectors: Private Banking, Trust, Wealth Management and Funds. A recognised AML/Compliance qualification is also required.
