Compliance Manager

Great role overseeing a team to meet regulatory and wider business objectives measuring team performance, delegating responsibilities and providing advice, guidance and motivation to drive both individual and collective team performance, ensuring good understanding of legislation, regulatory framework and risk matters to mitigate real/potential fiduciary or regulatory risks; undertake roles of Deputy CO, Deputy MLCO and Deputy MLRO when required; help review and revise AML/CFT/CFP Business Risk Assessment; assist with compliance projects; carry out analysis of regulations and identify key changes proposed; assess risks associated with product/services for delivery to existing and potential clients; monitor compliance activity and report findings.
