Our client, a global fiduciary leading company are looking for a driven, enthusiastic & inquisitive individual to join the Compliance team based in Jersey as a Compliance Manager, to work alongside stakeholders to work with corporate clients providing support that helps them to meet the required regulatory and compliance requirements.
Your role will be to work with second-line Compliance Officer in respect of all day-to-day regulatory & compliance matters. Provide compliance services & advise for client FSB structures to include reporting to the board, ad hoc advice. Act as point of contact for JFSC. Involvement with the FSB related procedures & risk management.
The successful candidate will be expected to have at least 4 years' experience in a compliance, regulatory affairs AML/KYC or similar, hold a bachelor or master's degree in a relevant subject or the ICA Diploma & possess strong knowledge of AML/CFT standards, tax integrity & data protection. You must be able to communicate well in English, both verbal & in writing & be pro-active & results driven, along with building a good rapport with colleagues & stakeholders alike. You will be inquisitive & investigative, be able to work alone or as part of a team.
