A Management Services client are seeking to appoint a Compliance Associate to assist with conducting an efficient and comprehensive Compliance Monitoring Program, take ownership and assist with outstanding due diligence reports and arrange with client administrators the remediation of deficiencies.
General responsibilities also include preparing monthly or quarterly, reports to the Board of Directors, keep the Directors informed of any new laws, regulations and GFSC news items or directions, monitor and promote compliance, as well as maintaining and assisting with controlling data input across the computer system by being responsible for new client data input and static data changes in specific areas.
To apply for this role, you will need a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar environment, have common sense, a can-do attitude and good use of initiative, have good communication skills, both verbal and written, show keen attention to detail, and have a conscientious positive outlook and motivational attitude towards other staff.
Candidates should have attained, or be working towards a professional qualification, i.e. ICA, further training will be provided.
