This key role involves acting as a primary contact for all Risk & Compliance matters, overseeing the local Compliance Program, and managing a small team. The position includes holding regulatory roles (MLCO and CO), with oversight of AMLSP and trust services, attending board meetings, and delivering risk-based analysis and reporting. Responsibilities also include maintaining risk assessments and registers, managing suspicious activity reporting, and supporting the broader business with advisory input on client and compliance risks. The role requires a deep understanding of regulatory obligations across multiple jurisdictions and sectors, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to manage compliance monitoring, policy oversight, training, and regulatory developments.
