Compliance and Enforcement Director at Office of the Information Commissioner

We're looking for an exceptional Compliance and Enforcement Director to join our Executive Team.

Based in Jersey, this is a rare opportunity to provide strategic leadership for one of the Island’s most important regulatory functions.

You'll lead our Compliance and Enforcement team, providing expert leadership across complex and sensitive regulatory matters. You'll advise the Information Commissioner and the Jersey Data Protection Authority on significant cases, help shape Jersey's approach to compliance and enforcement, and build trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
