A leading professional services firm is seeking a Compliance Analyst to support the MLCO and deputy MLCO in maintaining an effective financial crime compliance framework.
The role is central to delivering the Compliance Monitoring Programme (CMP), managing client due diligence (CDD) queries, maintaining compliance registers, and supporting internal and regulatory reporting. Key duties include supporting CMP testing, advising on CDD/KYC procedures, screening for sanctions and PEPs, maintaining key registers, compiling management information (MI), and assisting with Jersey risk data collection and data protection processes. Ideal candidates will have 2-4 years' experience in compliance, AML, or a related financial services role, with a strong understanding of AML/CFT regulations and CDD practices. A relevant AML/compliance qualification (e.g., ICA Certificate) is desirable). Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and proficiency with Excel and compliance tools are essential.
