Job Description

The successful candidate will provide high quality administrative support to the Head of Compliance, Jersey and wider compliance team in ensuring that the compliance administration needs of the firm are met across all jurisdictions with the Group Law Firm. The role will ultimately require in-depth understanding of the companies Compliance, AML and Data Protection policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as database administrator, following existing administrative procedures for: sanctions check process, Conflict checks filing, Introducer Certificates and CDD record keeping
- Participate in training on all relevant procedures
- Update all Compliance/ AML/ Data Protection registers as needed
Skills required:
- Excellent written and communication skills and ability to liaise with fee earners, secretaries and third-party service providers across the Group.
- Methodical with excellent attention to detail whilst working quickly
- Good working knowledge of the MS Office package (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and particular strength required in Excel).
