Complex Needs Support Worker - Waking Nights at LV Home Care

LV Community's Complex Needs Division are looking for a Support Worker to join the team on Night Duty for Waking Night shifts, to be responsible for providing high-quality care to Service Users, in-line with the highest regulatory standards.

The successful candidate will be required to work 2 Waking Night shifts per week, on a rolling rota basis.

Key Responsibilities include;-
- To work as part of a team to provide high-quality care, developing effective means of communication between members of the team and colleagues.
- To carry out tasks in a way that will demonstrate respect for dignity and privacy of Service Users.
