Complex Needs Support Worker (Twilights) at LV Home Care

We are looking for a Complex Needs Support Worker to join the team on Twilight Shifts (evenings), to be responsible for providing high-quality care to Service Users, in-line with the highest regulatory standards.

We have both Part-Time and Zero-Hour opportunities available.

Key Responsibilities include:-
- To support the clients, ensuring personal care tasks are carried out to enhance and support the independence of the clients, in-line with the Care Plan(s)
- Measuring effectiveness of the clients' Care Plan(s); providing care improvement recommendations when required
- To carry out tasks in a way that will demonstrate respect for dignity and privacy of clients
