Complex Needs Support Worker (Nights) at LV Home Care

We are looking for a Complex Needs Support Worker to join the team on Night Shifts, to be responsible for providing high-quality care to Service Users, in-line with the highest regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities include:-
- To support the clients, ensuring personal care tasks are carried out to enhance and support the independence of the clients, in-line with the Care Plan(s)
- Measuring effectiveness of the clients' Care Plan(s) with interdisciplinary team; providing care improvement recommendations when required
- To carry out tasks in a way that will demonstrate respect for dignity and privacy of clients
- To respect the rights and choices of clients
