Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to play a central role in the operation and administration of market leading long-term incentive schemes and compliant administration, working with HR administration, reward and payroll, company secretarial and legal teams, as well as dealing directly with queries and acting as main contact and escalating issues.  Responsible for maintaining accurate records of all awards, including new allocations and processing leavers; co-ordinating award cycle, including assisting in determining annual allocations, creating annual statements and processing disposal and pay out of awards; sharing information in respect of Jurisdiction tax office requirements, including Benefit in Kind statements; develop and publish up to date communication and information material.
 Candidate will be qualified/part-qualified accountant with analytical mindset for reward data; strong numeracy and data management skills; attention to detail and accuracy; strong admin and organisation and communication skills; ability to develop strong relationships; knowledge of share plans and interpreting plan rules an advantage, as is taxation knowledge in one/more jurisdictions; able to learn new information quickly; travel may be required.  Training provided.
