Company Secretary - Senior Administrator 6 month fixed term contract
Job Description
Great role involving coordination of board meetings involving preparing agendas, collating board reports, preparing meeting packs and taking minutes/notes; maintaining central meeting logs, registers and corporate files (digital and physical) of clients; following up on action points and resolving; assist with monitoring emails into group emails; liaising with external legal parties and stakeholders with new/updated agreements that require director input/approval; assist with regulatory audits of the Funds and collation of audit requests.
Candidate will have understanding of how funds operate and able to review and interpret legal documents; able to prioritise and work under pressure to tight deadlines and work under minimal supervision; Company Secretarial experience highly desirable; preferable knowledge of alternative investment funds and 'Category 5’ qualification; flexible with attention to detail; strong communication, time management, MS Excel and presentation skills; self- motivated; up-to-date knowledge of relevant fund regulatory, accounting standards and compliance matters.
