Our client is seeking a Company Secretary / Compliance to join their friendly team on a permanent part-time basis. Duties will include supporting the Director in the corporate administration of a large group under common control, acting as Company Secretary, management of the calendar for Board meetings, attending meetings and taking minutes and assisting with the maintenance, collation and distribution of KYC packs for a range of stakeholders. The successful candidate will ideally hold or be working towards an industry relevant professional qualification such as ICSA and / or have at least 5 years' relevant industry experience, regulated financial industry experience is preferred. You will also need a strong team ethic and effective communication skills and have the ability to work under pressure.
