A Jersey organisation, part of an international group of professional financial and tax advisory firms, has a vacancy for a company secretarial administrator, with at least 2 years' experience working in a private client trust environment. The post holder will assist the manager with all aspects of company secretarial responsibilities, therefore knowledge of Jersey company law, CIF, FSB and TCB laws will be a significant advantage. Tasks will include preparation of minutes, incorporations and maintaining client database, among other duties. The right candidate must be well organised and possess very good administrative and numeracy skills.
Please note we can only accept candidates who hold a local residential qualification or have lived in Jersey continuously for at least last 5 years.
