An established asset management company and one of the leading fund managers, overseeing assets on behalf of insitutional investors from around the world are looking to recruit a Company Secretarial Assistant for its Jersey office. Supporting the Company Secretarial team , this role will require you to assist in organising board and committee meetings for Group entities. Assisting with compliance related activities,reviewing files, liasing with internal and external councel, auditors and directors. Organising the production and distribution of board packs to directors and relevant contributors, maintaining statutory records, preparing all tax and statutory returns to authorities and regulators. It is essential that you have at least three years company secretarial background. Possess a good appreciation of company law concepts, be self motivated with a strong desire to deliver a quality service, and to work under pressure. You will have already attained or be studying towards the ICSA qualification Diploma in Corporate Governance. Previous experience working in the funds sector is desirable.
