This position offers the opportunity to provide dedicated company secretarial support to several entities, working closely with their Boards and ensuring smooth, well-organised governance processes.
The role involves scheduling quarterly board meetings, preparing agendas and board packs, drafting and circulating notices, and taking accurate minutes. You'll also track action points, follow up with responsible parties, and ensure deadlines are met. In addition to core secretarial duties, the role includes a range of administrative responsibilities such as arranging travel and events, supporting managers and directors, assisting with client onboarding, collecting due diligence, setting up clients on internal systems, handling disengagement processes, and managing debtor follow-ups and general office tasks. Candidates should hold a relevant qualification-such as CGI/STEP, an accounting qualification, or another functional professional credential-and demonstrate ongoing professional development.
