Our client is seeking a Company Secretarial Administrator, on a permanent full-time basis, to join their newly formed Co-Sec / Tax team. You will assist with all aspects of company secretarial matters, including the preparation of agendas, collation/ distribution of board packs, shareholder meetings and drafting minutes for routine meetings. You will also assist with the collation of documents for appointed tax advisors to enable the preparation of tax returns for administered entities as well as preparing manual and electronic payment instructions to settle company expenses and assist with the maintenance of the electronic payments library. The successful candidate will be studying towards a relevant professional qualification (preferably ICSA Certificate level or equivalent), have some financial services experience and be computer literate with good interpersonal skills.
