Our client is seeking to appoint a Company Secretarial Administrator. This is a diverse role which is pivotal to the business area and is integral in establishing the reputation of our client as a client focused business who meet and exceed client expectations. This role is part of a small team, providing Company Secretarial services and requires the post holder to work independently and collaboratively across the business.
To apply for this role, you will need proven Company Secretarial experience, be educated to at least GCSE level (ideally with Grade C (5) or above in English and Mathematics), and hold, is currently studying, or willing to study towards ICSA qualification. You will need to have excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, have the ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including good spelling and grammar. The successful candidate will have good organisation and time management skills, have the ability to achieve specified deadlines, prioritise work and use own initiative, as well as being proactive, methodical, with a 'can do' attitude.
