Company Relief Chef at Randalls Limited

We are looking for a professional cover chef to assist the Group Executive Chef with a number of varied projects. In this role you will be expected to take a hands on approach across the entire estates kitchens by providing cover when and where needed, you must have a varied skill set and be able to cope with a high volume of business along with different styles of cooking and presenting all dishes, experience in costing dishes, allergen control and HACCP is also required. You must have at least five years previous experience as a senior member of a kitchen brigade, along with a level 3 certificate in food hygiene.
