Community Staff Nurse - Grade 4 at Family Nursing and Home Care

Family Nursing and Home Care is a Jersey Charity.

We are looking for dynamic, motivated staff nurses who wish to extend their skills and practice
without direct supervision to join our professional teams led by the District Nursing Team Leader
Our teams work across the island delivering high quality care to a diverse caseload with a range of
needs within a fast moving changing health care environment
Applicants must have excellent communication and assessment skills and be flexible as our
service operates 7 days a week from 08.30hrs -24.00hrs
Own transport essential
Full time but reduced P/T hours available
