Compass Corporate Services are working with a leading, luxury provider of elderly, nursing, residential and dementia care with a Luxury Care Home in Nottingham.
Job Role
This is a commercial role focused on leading and working collaboratively with the team and local and senior management to generate enquiries, drive growth and exceed occupancy targets
Responsibilities
Work closely with the Operations, Home and Marketing teams and contribute to the development, integration and implementation of the sales and marketing strategy for the care home 84 beds.:
Person Specification
Experience
Proven track record in a sales role within the healthcare sector
Demonstrable commercial acumen
Care home sales and/or marketing experience
