Community Manager (Older Adults) at LIFELINE CARE GROUP (JERSEY) LTD

Lifeline Care Group is seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Manager – Older Adults to lead and develop our high-quality care services for elderly clients. This is a key leadership role within our organisation, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of older adults while shaping and growing a dedicated care team.

As Care Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and delivery of person-centred care services for older adults, including those with complex needs such as dementia, mobility challenges, and long-term health conditions. You will ensure that all care provided is safe, effective, responsive, and aligned with best practice standards, while maintaining full compliance with local regulations and policies.

Requirements: Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care (RQF) or above.
