Community Assistant at The Salvation Army

The Salvation Army in Jersey is seeking a compassionate and adaptable Community Assistant to support the daily running of its Community Hub, which includes a Café, Charity Shop, Pantry Store and community spaces. Working closely with the Community Centre Manager, the successful candidate will help provide practical support to people facing challenges, assist customers and service users, carry out administrative tasks, support volunteers, and help deliver community events and activities. This varied, hands-on role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of local people while contributing to a welcoming, inclusive environment where everyone is valued and supported.
