Cocktail Bartender – Blakes (King Street, St Helier)

Hotel de Normandie is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Cocktail Bartender to join our team at Blake's Restaurant in King Street. You will prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, wines, beers and other beverages while delivering excellent customer service in a busy restaurant and bar environment. The ideal candidate will have previous cocktail bar experience, a positive attitude, excellent communication skills and the ability to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays. Applicants must speak and understand English, provide a CV and references, and be eligible to work in Jersey.
