Job Description

Great role assisting with preparation of minutes and incorporations and maintaining client database under Manager supervision.  Duties include scanning and filing of board minutes and documents; maintaining permanent files for each client and document register; collation of board papers from different sources and creating agendas and board packs; organising board meetings including booking and setting up boardrooms and arranging catering; use of Virtual Board Room to create Board Packs;  maintaining and updating databases; ensuring share registers for non-fund clients up to date and accurate; setting up new bank accounts; reservation of names and incorporation of companies and filing special resolutions with JFSC; ensuring Board Meetings control sheet  up to date and Minutes completed and signed; assisting with annual returns and other reporting; applying risk management procedures; achieving chargeability, WIP, recoverability and debtor targets within deadlines set.
At least 2 years’ experience working in a Private Client Trust environment is required, as is attention to detail, good organisation, good admin and numeracy, and ability to communicate at all levels and adapt to variety of work with various clients.  Knowledge of Jersey Company Law, CIF, FSB and TCB Laws an advantage.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
