Are you a Cloud Operations Engineer?
In this position you will have the opportunity to work with colleagues across the UK, Europe and North America and we have vibrant, modern office spaces all over the world. In this role you will work as part of the Managed Services team to provide exceptional levels of technical support and deliver a first class support service to clients, onsite or remotely, depending on their needs.
The role would be well suited to a technical, resolution focused individual who is looking for the opportunity to make an impact in their next role. You will be able to demonstrate strong analytical and problem analysis skills and be focused on fostering strong working relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Effective diagnosis & troubleshooting of server hardware, desktops, laptops, printers and Microsoft desktop applications, Log, categorise and resolve Incidents reported by clients within SLA. Answering Service Desk phone calls, texts, tickets and chats. Installation and configuration of servers (physical and virtual). Desktops, laptops and infrastructure hardware. Experience of endpoint management. Active Directory users and computers management.
