Job Description

Our client is currently recruiting for a Client Support Services Manager who will be responsible for the successful operation of the Client Support Services (CSS) team and its tasks and responsibilities returns.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and complete requests for administrative support from Service Delivery teams, ensuring requests are completed to the highest standards.
Champion data quality by standardising system inputs whilst also sharing best practice across the business.
Provide oversight of team activities, monitoring, and reporting these to Senior Management and ensuring activities are completed within the specified timescales.
Develop team capabilities to provide growth opportunities for Administration Officers and Senior Administration Officers.
