Client Support Services Manager

Job Description

We have a great new opportunity available for a Client Support Services Manager to join a company which specialises in wealth management solutions for high-net-worth individuals and families.


Key duties will include:

  • Manage and complete requests for administrative support from Service Delivery teams, ensuring requests are completed to the highest standards.
  • Champion data quality by standardising system inputs whilst also sharing best practice across the business.
  • Provide oversight of team activities, monitoring, and reporting these to Senior Management and ensuring activities are completed within the specified timescales.
  • Develop team capabilities to provide growth opportunities for Administration Officers and Senior Administration Officers.
