Job Description

Exciting opportunity to administer a portfolio of varied trusts and companies and support team manager to achieve KPIs.  Postholder will communicate with clients and handle their queries; adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies; maintain and update all records and on database; prepare CoSec forms/minutes; review and clear queries; check receipts and prepare payments; liaise with investment advisors and prepare and settle investment transactions; complete mandates and appointments; monitor quarterly independent investment reviews; liaise with tax advisors and ensure tax advice up to date; assist with property transactions; assist with property management matters; arrange, review and monitor loans and guarantees; review invoices and work in process; chase debtors; review and clear statutory review action points; attend client meetings (travel if required); prepare minutes and file notes; delegate and supervise team work; undertake projects.
The successful candidate will have at least 4 years’ experience in trust and company administration and a Table 4 qualification such as STEP/ICSA; working knowledge of Viewpoint or other similar administration systems and MS Office; team player, reliable and a motivated self-starter with drive and initiative; ability and initiative to multi-task and excellent attention to detail; able to meet challenging deadlines where necessary; high level of interpersonal and communication skills.  Training will be provided.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
