A new and exciting full or part-time role has arisen for a Client Services Officer to assist in delivering administrative and client relations support to the Portfolio Management and Stockbroking Teams including producing valuations and day to day support work. You will assist with the mailing and emailing of manual packs and the reconciliation of a handful of non-nominee clients on a quarterly basis. You will also ensure statements are received from the various custodians and Avaloq is correctly amended, send out monthly valuations, maintain the monthly list of reporting requirements and prepare bespoke reports for high net worth clients. The successful candidate will have 2+ years' client services experience within the finance industry or experience in a similar role within the finance industry, knowledge of or ability to learn and apply CDD requirements and the ability to work under pressure.
