Job Description

Role is to manage a portfolio of trust and company clients including client service, regulatory adherence, billing, record maintenance, risk managements, CDD monitoring, client engagement and communications and task management; liaise with clients and investment managers; attend client meetings; manage team workloads; train and develop junior staff; adhere to legislation such as AML and policies; be aware of risk appetite; work with client services to complete new business documentation and onboard; write accurate minutes for Client entity transactions; ensure time charged to NavOne desktop daily and accurately; meet chargeable time targets; make cash collections in relation to bills and debt collection; completion of periodic Client Risk Assessments; represent group and attend seminars, presentations and events.
Candidate will be capable of registration as JFSC Category B Employee; at least three years relevant experience; hold Table 4 qualification; proven experience in a client engagement management role; strong task and diary management skills with a focus on task completion and delivery; ability to recognise and mitigate potential risk situations; sound knowledge of Jersey Trust regulatory requirements including AML obligations; excellent interpersonal skills at all levels of seniority; enquiring and analytical mindset; methodical and systematic in work approach with an attention to detail.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
