This is a great opportunity for a Client Services Executive, to join a multinational universal bank.
The successful role holder will be required to act as the first point of contact for the International/Offshore clients by telephone, email, online banking and written communications in a confident, professional and knowledgeable manner at all times. The candidate will also be liaising with both internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis, to resolve queries and understand requirements in order to meet their needs successfully.
- Proactively educate customers to have confidence in using alternative channels of their choice, at times to suit them.
- Exceeding customer expectations and being empowered to deal with customer requests at first point of contact.
- Using time efficiently, adhering to personal work patterns and schedules to meet customer demand and ensure the candidate achieves their own objectives on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
