Client Services Administrator

Job Description

We have a new opportunity for a Client Services Administrator to join a local provider of private wealth, fund and corporate administration services.


Key duties will include:

  • Client / structure data management in a timely manner as required
  • Close collaboration with and support to Client Management and the Client Services teams
  • Ensuring documents created are filed electronically and/or physically fully in line with house records management policy
  • Accurate and on time recording of time and meeting utilisation targets
  • Company secretarial functions for client management when required
