Job Description

Exciting role administering a portfolio of private client company and trust structures, dealing with client requests and adhering to regulatory requirements and internal policies.  Postholder will communicate with clients; ensure records maintained and updated; prepare CoSec forms and minutes; review accounts, clear queries and ensure accuracy; check receipts and prepare payments; liaise with investment advisors and prepare and settle investment transactions; complete mandates and appointments; review, clear and monitor quarterly independent investment reviews; liaise with tax advisors and ensure tax advice up to date; assist with property transactions and liaise with solicitors and agents; assist with property management repairs, insurance and rent; communicate with agents and tenants; arrange and monitor loans and guarantees; review and settle invoices and work in progress; chase debtors; review and clear statutory review action points; ensure database up to date 
Requirements are at least 3 years' experience in trust and company administration and a Table 5 qualification such as STEP/ICSA; working knowledge of Viewpoint and MS Word, Excel and Outlook; team player, reliable and a motivated self-starter with drive and initiative; ability and initiative to multi-task with excellent attention to detail; high level of interpersonal and communication skills; understand processes involved in establishment and termination of trusts and companies.  Training will be provided.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
