Client Service Executive

Job Description

We have a new opportunity for a Client Service Executive to join a leading accountancy firm in Jersey.


Key duties will include:

  • Answer all incoming calls in a highly professional, friendly and confident manner providing help and support to callers. Route or screen calls as required and deal with general enquiries, routing onwards if required
  • Meet and greet visitors to the Hub, welcoming them to the company in a highly professional and friendly manner acting as a credible ambassador tot eh company and creating a great first impression
  • Ensure meeting rooms and the general reception area are kept clean and tidy, crockery is removed to the kitchen following meetings and rooms and the working space is ready for the next meeting
  • Manage meeting room bookings and ensure the rooms allocated are appropriate for the meetings due to take place
  • Ensure all meeting room facilities are ready ahead of the meeting liaising with facilities and IT as required
