Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Client Service Director to lead the Corporate Services team. As part of the senior management team, you will play a key role in driving development, growth, and operational excellence for the division. You will manage the administration team, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards, while working closely with the Head of Corporate Services and Compliance to foster a compliance-led culture. Job Duties:

  • Take ownership of managing the Corporate Division administration team in Jersey.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Corporate to develop a best-in-class client service and operational model.
  • Build strong relationships with business lines, peers, and colleagues to enhance visibility and deliver divisional business objectives.
  • Lead larger client relationships, ensuring the team delivers strong governance and timely execution.
  • Foster a culture of compliance-led operational excellence and engage with cross-jurisdiction teams to create best practices.
  • Build and develop a skilled team through coaching, 121s, and setting clear objectives.
  • Oversee time charging, billing, and the collection of outstanding fees within required timeframes.
  • Fulfil duties under the Senior Management Regime as outlined by the JFSC.
  • Perform any additional ad hoc duties as required.


Job Requirements:

  • Must be a Jersey Entitled resident.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Experience in senior leadership within a Corporate Services environment.
  • A relevant professional qualification (e.g. STEP/ICSA Diploma) recognised by the JFSC.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of risk and compliance regulations in Jersey.
  • Proven experience in managing and developing teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.
  • A solution-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions in line with corporate policies.
