Client Relationship Manager - Private Credit

This great role administers a limited portfolio of private debt fund structures, being involved in complex transactions and taking part in fee negotiations; assisting with billing information for clients including analysis of time spent, including managing aged debtors; managing training, appraisals and development of team; attend and lead client board meetings and shareholder meetings; co-ordinate legal, tax and other professional advice; develop and maintain the Operational Procedures Manuals and ISAE checklist templates for client relationships; act as “B” level 4-eyes signatory; oversee WIP, billing and cash collection for clients; participate in integration of new clients and structures into procedures.
A relevant professional qualification (ICSA or equivalent) expected but not mandatory if candidate can demonstrate relevant practical experience; experience with private debt, private equity or real estate structures an advantage but not essential; evidence in day to day management and supervision of a team; excellent interpersonal and relationship skills; quick to learn new systems.  Training will be provided.
