As a Client Relationship Manager, you'll play a key role in bringing high quality financial advice to life. Working alongside Wealth Consultants, you'll deliver exceptional service, support new business implementation, and ensure every client experience runs smoothly and in line with regulatory requirements. You'll build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, responding to queries, providing updates, and resolving issues promptly. You'll also provide essential administrative support, including preparing client documentation and helping to keep processes running efficiently. Experience in a client facing role within financial services will be advantageous, along with familiarity with JFSC regulatory requirements and client due diligence. Strong IT skills are also important, particularly with CRM systems and the Microsoft Suite.
