Job Description

The purpose of this position is to administer a portfolio of corporate structures in conjunction with the Senior Client Relationship Manager/Associate Director and act as first point of contact for company secretarial and administration matters; co-ordinate legal, tax and other professional advice; attend and minute client board meetings and shareholders meetings; ensure preparation, review and distribution of company secretarial documentation and filings completed timely; develop and maintain Operational Procedures Manuals and ISAE checklist templates for client relationships; act as “B” level four-eyes signatory on administration matters, ensuring that company policy and professional and regulatory guidelines are adhered to and that a professional quality service is provided to clients and outside contacts; assist with billing information for clients including analysis of time spent, including management of aged debtors; supervise and assist in staff training and development; participate in appraisal process.
Candidate will have extensive administration experience supported by a relevant professional qualification (ICSA Diploma level or equivalent); sound technical financial services knowledge; computer literacy skills are essential; excellent interpersonal skills; people management experience; evidence of managing a small client relationship or part of a major client relationship; quick to learn new systems.  Training will be provided.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
