Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Client Relationship Manager to administer a number of corporate services structures whilst effectively managing key client relationships. The post holder will be first point of contact for various administration matters for a number of corporate entities including Trusts, Companies and Limited Partnerships. The Client Relationship Manager will be required to coordinate all company secretarial matters, will coordinate legal, tax and other professional advice where appropriate and work closely with the compliance function to ensure the compliance monitoring is adhered to and AML documentation is complete. Ideal candidates will have at least 2-3 years fund administration experience supported by a relevant professional qualification (i.e. ACA / ACCA / ICSA Diploma level or equivalent). People management experience is required and a sound knowledge of financial services.
