Job Description

The successful candidate will deliver and develop real estate and infrastructure client administration services, managing team and client and team relationships.  He/she will manage training and development requirements, development and appraisals; take part in team meetings and client fee negotiations; help establish and integrate new client structures; liaise with financial reporting team to ensure the administration of clients’ ad hoc, periodic and statutory financial statements; co-ordinate legal and tax advice; co-ordinate, attend and lead committee, board and shareholder meetings; act as authority on queries and as “B” level signatory on admin matters; active involvement in work in progress, billing and cash collection; ensure extra billing opportunities are identified and acted on.
Considerable practical fund administration and / or company secretarial experience is required, along with track record of day to day management and supervision of a team; ICSA/ACCA/equivalent qualification expected but not obligatory if sufficient relevant practical experience can be shown; experience of real estate structures beneficial but not mandatory; sound technical financial services knowledge; computer literacy, word processing and spread sheet skills are essential; excellent interpersonal and relationship skills; quick to learn new systems.  Training provided.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
