Reporting to the Client Relationship and Business Development Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for completing and responding to client's requests, chase outstanding debts, monitor lost business, develop a customer centric approach within the team, as well as building relationships with outside agencies.
You will ensure KPIs are adhered to, and in addition you will manage a portfolio of Retirement and Savings clients with high levels of customer service, you will review and prepare client documentation, as well as monitoring fees to ensure prompt payment of invoices.
To apply for this role you will need to have excellent communication and problem solving skills, a relevant business, financial or insurance institute academic qualification, be flexible and adaptable to meet the client's needs, be well organised, with intermediate Word, Excel and Outlook skills.
